Ten years after the first Marjorie May's 12th Birthday, Kotex offered the one below, a late and maybe the final edition. The language is freer and story has changed somewhat, but it still reflects the privileged clientele Kotex sold its pads to. See similar booklets on this site.

Compare the beginnings of these three editions below. It would be interesting to know why the author tweaked the story.
