I have closed the actual museum MUM (MUM
stands for MUseum of Menstruation;
it fits in neatly with "Mum's the word," which means "Shhh!
Don't talk about it!") until I find a public place for it; I was exhausted
and needed free time. (Any suggestions
for a public place?) It was nestled in my house for four years, 1994-1998,
where about 1500 mostly weekend visitors patiently put up with my nonstop
lecture. You can see what it looked like in the cybertour, in Web video, in the film Under
Wraps, or in many magazines and newspapers!

This Web site began April 1996, and the museum
in my house opened the last day of July, 1994. The museum closed in August
1998.

of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, discussing the museum in
The Prince George's Journal, Maryland, U.S.A.)
Take a short cybertour
of the museum right now!
